What's Next Team

Rick has spent the last 28 years managing projects and implementing change for organizations around the world. Using his degree in Business Education, Rick has spent time in both the classroom and the boardroom developing plans and strategies to solve complex challenges. He applies these same business and academic principals to the collegiate planning process by focusing on strategic planning, curriculum comparison,  merit scholarship opportunities and academic return on investment. 

Rick has visited more than 100 college campuses around the country and enjoys helping students and their families optimize their college search and selection.

 In her 22 years of working in public education, including teaching eleventh grade AP English and serving as the lead gifted facilitator at her school, Liz has assisted countless numbers of students with their college essays and overall admissions process.  Liz creates a warm environment where students are comfortable sharing and collaborating with her. She enjoys working one on one with students or in groups. Because of her work with all types of learners, her knowledge of the admissions process spans all academic abilities. Liz leads our Bootcamp programs which focus on selecting college majors, writing application essays and completing the Common App.
